1. Use of Our Website
This website is provided for informational purposes only. By using it, you agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
All content on this site – including text, images, logos, designs, and layouts – is the property of Tom Bell Cabinetry & Custom and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
2. Estimates, Proposals & Pricing
All estimates and proposals are non-binding until a written agreement is signed by both parties. Pricing may change due to material availability, custom selections, scope changes, or site conditions. Any changes requested after a proposal is approved may result in adjusted pricing and timelines.
We believe in transparency and will always communicate changes clearly before proceeding.
3. Scope of Services
Tom Bell Cabinetry & Custom provides custom cabinetry, kitchen remodeling, woodworking, and related renovation services. Specific scope, materials, timelines, and responsibilities will be outlined in your individual contract or proposal.
We do not guarantee outcomes beyond what is expressly stated in writing.
4. Scheduling & Project Timelines
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including supply chain delays, weather conditions, permit approvals, client-requested changes, and site readiness.
We make every reasonable effort to stay on schedule and communicate proactively if adjustments are required.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information about the project site and existing conditions, ensure timely access to the property as agreed, make selections and approvals promptly to avoid delays, and maintain a safe work environment during construction.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact timelines or costs.
6. Payments & Deposits
Payment terms, deposits, and milestone schedules will be outlined in your project agreement. Late payments may result in work delays or additional fees as permitted by law. All payments are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in writing.
7. Warranties & Limitations
Any applicable warranties will be clearly outlined in your contract. Except where required by law, Tom Bell Cabinetry & Custom disclaims any implied warranties beyond those expressly stated.
We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party work, or pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to work.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tom Bell Cabinetry & Custom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services provided.
